About Werder Elektromaschinen AG

Werder Elektromaschinen AG in Turgi is a Swiss family business for the maintenance and trade of electric motors, gearboxes and pumps. The workshop overhauls and repairs electric and gear motors from a wide range of manufacturers as well as pumps of all kinds, including damage analysis, disassembly, tolerance measurement, renewal of bearings and seals, test run and repainting. In the in-house winding shop, single, series and new windings of motors are produced with copper windings, impregnated with synthetic resin and cured in the drying oven; internationally active companies from various industries rely on this precision. Further services include on-site assembly assignments throughout Switzerland, laser-based alignment of drives and thermal spraying of worn shafts to original dimensions. Over 300 motors and an extensive pump stock (submersible motor pumps, lightweight pumps, flat suction pumps) enable same-day delivery; in addition, the company is an authorized Makita specialist dealer.
