Who we are

The Werimo Group is a medium-sized, owner-managed group of companies headquartered in Neukloster (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern) with around 75 employees working in 3-shift operation. The company handles complex steel and mechanical engineering, from individual part production through small and large series to prototype construction in the machining sector, and positions itself as a system supplier including module assembly and industrial assembly (plug and play). Materials processed include steel, stainless steel, aluminium and plastics as well as common material alloys; the service spectrum ranges from CNC turning and milling and 5-axis machining of large welded assemblies to die sinking EDM, welding, design (CAD/CAM) and 3D metrology. Individual parts and assemblies are manufactured with piece weights up to 8 t. Customers come from, among others, mechanical engineering, steel construction, plant and tank construction, rail vehicle construction, defence technology, as well as the shipbuilding and marine equipment sector. In 2025 the Werimo Group acquired Zeus Anlagenbau GmbH at the Wismar site.
