About werk14

werk14 AG is a Switzerland-based full-solution provider for the development and manufacture of products, assemblies and systems. The company has been manufacturing since 1993 at its site in Grünen in the Emmental and combines engineering, CAD design, in-house toolmaking for stamping and forming tools, manufacturing and logistics under one roof. The manufacturing processes include stamping, forming and deep drawing with up to 250 tonnes of press force, waterjet cutting up to 200 mm material thickness as well as CNC turning and milling up to 2'000 mm in length, with particular expertise in the machining of copper materials. In addition, there are joining processes such as welding, soldering, tumble riveting, bonding and screwing as well as assembly of components including testing of mechanical and electrical functions. Own products are window fittings (espagnolettes), cable reels and the LED luminaires of the illuminartis brand. Customers come from industry, electromechanics, telecommunications, window construction, heritage conservation and the consumer goods sector.
