The company machines components on modern DMG MORI machines: 5-axis milling for small and large series from 50 to 40,000 parts with workpiece sizes up to 350 × 350 × 150 mm, a 3-axis milling machine for individual parts and small series with a travel path of up to 1,100 mm, as well as turning up to Ø 350 mm and 800 mm length. Production is carried out from all common materials. For quality assurance, a Keyence XM-5000 3D production measuring system is available; upon request, WMH provides a QA report and re-stamping certificates including material certificates for origin determination. The range of services is complemented by ultrasonic cleaning and dust-tight packaging. Customers come from mechanical engineering, the automotive industry and the food industry in the Siegerland, Westerwald, Siegen and Cologne region and beyond.
