Werkzeug- und Maschinenbau Georg Beyer GmbH from Mülheim an der Ruhr is a specialist in machining and CNC manufacturing technology with more than 70 years of technical experience in tool, jig, plant and machine engineering. The company produces special turned and milled parts to customer-specific specifications – from single pieces and small series to new and prototype parts. On request, Georg Beyer also handles accompanying production processes such as hardening, tempering, spray coating and chrome plating. The modern machine park comprises lathes with machining diameters up to 1,040 mm and lengths up to 3,000 mm, CNC milling machines and a machining center, boring mills as well as grinding, slotting, broaching and shaping machines. Production is carried out by a trained team of long-trained skilled workers with continuous quality inspections. Customers come from toolmaking, jig and fixture construction, plant engineering and mechanical engineering.
