Precision is our process

Werkzeugbau Willi Geyer GmbH was founded in 1969 in Tröstau and is a family-run business in its third generation. Its range of services covers design and CAD/CAM programming (VISI), in-house toolmaking, 3D printing for prototyping, and automated injection molding of technical thermoplastics on 15 injection molding machines with clamping forces of 220 to 2500 kN. Inserts, prototypes, sample parts, first-article parts and visible parts are produced with part weights of 0.1 to 400 g, in small, medium and large series. The offering is complemented by 3D measurement, compression and tensile testing, laser marking and in-house assembly. Production takes place on around 1,800 m² of shop floor across two production halls in Tröstau (Bavaria); the quality management system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. In addition to conventional thermoplastics, the company is building up experience with plastics made from renewable resources and biodegradable materials.
