About Werner HEEB CNC-Produktions AG
Werner HEEB CNC-Produktions AG is an owner-managed Swiss family business in its 2nd generation, based in Steinebrunn (TG), which has been manufacturing complex precision turned and milled parts since 1962 (previously as Werner HEEB AG). The range of services covers CNC Swiss-type turning (Décolletage) for miniature parts from Ø4–20 mm and lengths up to 1000 mm, CNC turning of 4–300 mm diameter as well as CNC milling from one-offs to series orders with workpiece sizes up to approx. 500 × 700 mm and 25 kg. In addition, Additive Manufacturing (3D printing), deburring/trowalizing, finishing, marking as well as the assembly of components and complete assemblies are offered. Parts are manufactured in stainless steel, tool steel, aluminium, brass and plastic, among others for medical technology, automotive engineering and mechanical and apparatus engineering. On 1200 m² of production space, ready-to-install precision parts are produced including quality assurance; via a customer warehouse with 500 m² of storage space and framework agreements, logistics and warehousing services are provided for customers. Delivery area is Europe.
