About Werner Seeger Management Service
Werner Seeger Management Service is a consulting company from Ehekirchen in Bavaria guided by the maxim “Quality connects.” Owner Werner Seeger has been supporting people and organizations in their development for more than 30 years – as a consultant, trainer, coach, auditor, interim manager and facilitator of change processes. The range of offerings includes consulting in quality management, personnel development, coaching, organizational development as well as workshops on management systems, leadership competencies and QM methods. In the field of auditing, planning, execution and follow-up of internal audits, supplier audits and system and process audits are offered, complemented by an international network with local auditors and the accompaniment of auditors and audit teams. In 2025, a further training group for auditors will start with three blocks over one year with five to eight participants under the professional guidance of Werner Seeger. The work is based on the 4-factor model, self-perception and external perception, and methods such as nonviolent communication and the principle of “head, heart and hand.”
