WEROCK Technologies GmbH is a manufacturer of computer systems for demanding industrial applications, headquartered in Karlsruhe. The portfolio includes rugged industrial PCs and panel PCs, rugged tablets, notebooks, and mobile data capture devices such as portable barcode scanners. The devices are designed for use in sectors such as manufacturing, transport and logistics, utilities, public authorities, as well as fire brigades and emergency services, and meet at least IP65 protection class and the military standard MIL-STD-810G/810H (vibration, drop height, temperature resistance). Production takes place with partners in Germany, Europe, China, Taiwan, Korea and India; final assembly of the industrial PCs takes place in Germany. Enclosures are made from PC-ABS, magnesium alloy, stainless steel and aluminium. In addition to standard products, WEROCK offers OEM/ODM services – from custom configurations and laser engraving to enclosure modifications and complete new development, including pre-qualification using vibration tables, drop test machines and thermal chambers. The company also offers staging, maintenance, leasing, warehousing and just-in-time delivery. Sustainability is part of the corporate strategy: all emissions are offset through Gold Standard projects.

Quality & Robustness
The devices meet at least IP65 protection class (waterproof and dust-tight), and Rocktab devices are tested to MIL-STD-810G/810H for vibration, drop height of over one meter and extreme temperatures. Pre-qualification of new designs is carried out on in-house vibration tables, drop test machines and in thermal chambers.
