Committed to progress by tradition
Werz Naturkornmühle GmbH & Co. KG is an organic bakery from Heidenheim an der Brenz, founded in 1932 as a bakery. The company produces gluten-free baked goods and whole grain products, including bread and toast bread, rolls, biscuits, pastries, muesli, baking mixes, flours, pasta and sweeteners. The raw materials such as rice, millet, buckwheat, spelt, almond and tiger nut come from certified organic cultivation. The whole grain is freshly milled in the company's own mill only shortly before processing. The products are made by hand according to traditional recipes, mostly without crystalline sugar, without additives and without egg. Since 1988, Werz has offered a gluten-free range; distribution is via its own online shop with shipping throughout Germany.
