About WestWood
WestWood Kunststofftechnik AG is the Swiss branch of WestWood Kunststofftechnik GmbH with its company headquarters in Petershagen (East Westphalia), and develops, produces and distributes waterproofing, coating and marking systems based on PMMA liquid plastics (polymethyl methacrylate). The product lines Wecryl (waterproofing and coating for balconies, terraces, flat roofs, multi-storey car parks and bridges) and WeTraffic (structured surfacings, roller coatings and roller-applied markings for traffic areas) cover the entire system range from primer through waterproofing, protective and wearing layers to repair mortars and accessories. Production is Made in Germany in Petershagen-Lahde with a capacity of 9,000 tonnes per year; the systems are solvent-free, free of PFOA/PFAS, cure in a short time and are in use in 16 countries worldwide. The Swiss branch in Rudolfstetten offers technical consulting, application technology, processing training as well as project-specific solutions for multi-storey car park construction, road construction, bridge construction, building construction and special applications.

The systems are tested to international standards: bridge waterproofing to ETAG 033 and ZTV-ING Part 6, road markings to DIN EN 1436:2018 Type II (BASt), surface protection to EN 1504-2 (System 2+, Kiwa/MPA Berlin-Brandenburg) and ecologically assessed with Minergie-ECO/ecobau certificates (ecoBasis, eco2).
