About WETRON

WETRON automation technology was founded in Germany in 1975 and implements automation and control solutions for production and intralogistics processes. The multinational group, with more than 300 employees, delivers complete solutions from concept development to commissioning: conveying systems including electrified monorail systems (EMS/EHB) and Power&Free, robotized lines and cells for welding, pressing, handling, gluing and assembly, surface treatment systems (washing, painting, waxing) as well as plant infrastructure, MES, traceability and machine vision systems. Electrical and software engineering (E-Plan, AutoCAD, Catia; PLC, SCADA and robot programming for Siemens, Allen-Bradley, ABB, KUKA, FANUC) is carried out in-house, as is the manufacturing of control cabinets, fixtures and mechanical equipment in its own workshops. Around 200 turnkey projects are completed per year on five continents; engineering capacity is approximately 120,000 hours per year. Headquarters are in Rosenheim near Munich; further companies exist in Spain, Brazil, Poland, Mexico and a sales office in the USA.
