Tradition meets modern top-level design
Wetscher GmbH is a joinery and furnishing business founded in 1912 by Franz Wetscher in the Zillertal valley in Tyrol, today run by the fifth generation. In the company's own Wetscher workshops in Fügen, made-to-measure case furniture and upholstered furniture is produced – wardrobes, sideboards, credenzas, dining tables, fitted kitchens and minibars – in solid and veneered woods such as oak, wild and reclaimed oak, spruce and walnut, complemented by brass, glass and natural stone. Production covers case and cabinet construction, surface treatment by oiling, lacquering and staining, as well as assembly and delivery logistics. In addition to its own production, the company plans and implements complete furnishing concepts as an interior architecture engineering office for private residences, hotels and gastronomy as well as contract projects such as senior and student residences and staff housing. International projects have been realized in Japan, France, Dubai, Florida, Hungary, Italy and the Czech Republic, among others. Locations are the residential gallery in Fügen with 4,000 m² of exhibition space and the design halls of the Wetscher Max brand in Fügen and Innsbruck.
