About Weyermann®

Weyermann® Spezialmalze GmbH is a family-owned malt factory based in Bamberg since 1879. The company produces brewing malt, roasted malt and caramel malt as well as other malt products, and with more than 90 different malt varieties offers one of the broadest portfolios in the industry. The specialty malts are used in over 60,000 beers in more than 135 countries on all continents — from large breweries and pub breweries to homebrewers. In addition to malt production, the company offers brewing seminars, the Weyermann® Academy and a guest center at its Bamberg site. The headquarters with the malt factory is located at Brennerstraße 17–19 in Bamberg.
