About wheel.me
Wheel.me is a Norwegian material handling automation company headquartered in Oslo (Skøyen). The company develops and produces the autonomous wheel Genius 2, which according to its own statements is the world's first autonomous wheel. With a set of 4 wheels, existing carts, racks and frames can be converted into autonomously driving mobile robots (AMR) without any process changes; the payload is 400 kg per 4-wheel set. In addition to hardware, the offering includes robot configuration, implementation, support, and since 2025 a certified Power Station and a portable charger. Customers come from intralogistics, manufacturing and logistics, including Stellantis and DB Schenker (waste management in Ireland with partner LSM). Wheel.me distributes its solutions through an international partner network (including Chang Industrial, Newlab, HUPICO, Flowstore, Fujitex, item America) and is represented with subsidiaries in Germany (wheel.me GmbH, Berlin) and the USA (wheel.me Inc., Detroit).
