About Wheelworld
Since 2007, Wheelworld GmbH has been developing sophisticated light-alloy wheels for the passenger car aftermarket and distributes them under the 2DRV® and AXXION® brands as well as via the online platform wheelworld.de. Development, design and sales are based directly in Ilsenburg in the Harz region. The wheels are made from primary aluminium with additional heat ageing; depending on the model, low-pressure or gravity die casting as well as flow forming are used. An in-house toolmaking operation in the production facilities also enables highly complex wheel designs. The entire process chain is covered, from CAD engineering and FEM calculation through to finishing with high-quality paints. The wheels are present across manufacturers in the sell-in aftermarket and are distributed via a dealer network with store locator as well as a wheel-vehicle configurator.

Quality
An in-house quality team is on site in the TÜV-inspected production facilities in continuous rotation. The test laboratories are equipped with X-ray, leak, impact and imbalance testing; almost all wheels have an ABE (general operating permit), and selected models additionally have ECE approval.
