The Company
Whirlcare Industries GmbH, based in Deißlingen-Lauffen, develops and manufactures hot tubs and swim spas on a total area of approximately 61,000 m². The value chain ranges from design and its own research and development department, through deep drawing, reinforcing and cutting, to final assembly, quality assurance and storage in its own central warehouse. Production follows the Industry 4.0 standard with automated guided vehicles, digitally networked cutting points and automated production assistants (K.I.T.) that transport components from the storage towers to the assembly stations. Hot tubs and swim spas are manufactured in separate production halls; quality is tested, among other things, in a dedicated climate chamber. The company relies largely on its own power generation on the hall roofs, recyclable and contaminant-free materials, and high-quality insulation from the steel frame to the thermo cover. Technical features include the Hydro-Oxygen-Therapy Skinoxyform®, which was awarded the German Innovation Award in 2021.
