About White Steel
Since 1970, White Steel GmbH has been active as a manufacturer of machines and complete production lines for the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. The product range includes process machines such as vacuum cookers, 3D mixers and double-cone mixers, process reactors as well as filling, capping and labeling machines for bottles and jars. In addition, the company designs and manufactures turnkey production lines, among others for processed cheese, dairy products as well as yogurt and ayran. The machines are predominantly made of stainless steel 316 and 304; product-contact inner surfaces are mirror-polished depending on the version (down to ≤ 0.5 μm). According to the company, manufacturing follows the German technology standard; controls are based on HMI with PLC and SCADA. The company maintains locations in Germany and Turkey and supplies customers internationally. Upon request, White Steel provides IQ/OQ/PQ documents as well as certifications according to UL, CE, GMP, FDA and ASME.
