About Whitecell Power
Whitecell Power AG, headquartered in Wollerau (Switzerland), is a corporate group founded in 2021 that develops and manufactures clean energy systems based on green methanol and hydrogen. The product portfolio comprises HT-PEM fuel cells, methanol generators and backup power systems, methanol range extenders for electric commercial vehicles, and electrolyzer stacks for hydrogen production. The core component is the graphite bipolar plate, manufactured at the Stetten site using 3D screen printing (in partnership with Exentis Group), compression molding and precision injection molding. The group combines component manufacturing (Whitecell Eisenhuth), system integration (Whitecell Systems, Aalborg) and engineering (Whitecell Engineering, Clausthal-Zellerfeld, formerly Schaeffler Engineering, around 40 specialists). More than 1,000 installed systems supply critical infrastructure as well as mobile and stationary applications. Pay-per-use models such as The Green Kilometer and The Green kWh are also offered; the launch customer is Nexmobility AG.
