WHP solutions GmbH is a control cabinet manufacturer based in Hallwang near Salzburg, supporting customers from individual control cabinet design through manufacturing to automation and commissioning. Design is carried out with Eplan Electric P8 and Eplan Pro Panel, producing a complete 3D digital twin of the control cabinet before manufacturing begins. In the company's own production facility covering approximately 450 m² of production space, custom control cabinets are built – from simple cabinets to complex large-scale systems, in single-unit or series production. Enclosures and mounting plates made of sheet steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and plastic are machined with millimetre precision on the Rittal Perforex MT 2201 CNC machining centre; drilling, thread cutting and milling are performed in a single pass. Enclosure machining is also offered as a service to other control cabinet and machine builders. PLC programming is carried out in Siemens TIA Portal. The control cabinets are in use in 1300+ projects in more than 60 cities and countries worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Asia and Australia.

Testing and certification
Every cabinet undergoes visual inspection, continuity testing according to the circuit diagram, protective conductor testing and insulation resistance measurement; functional testing additionally as required. UL 508A or CSA C22.2 No. 286 certification is processed via TÜV SÜD in accordance with NFPA 79.
