WIA MACHINE TOOLS Corporation (위아공작기계) is a South Korean manufacturer of precision machine tools headquartered in Changwon. The company developed Korea's first machining center in 1983 and today manufactures CNC lathes (including KIT, SE, HD, and E160 series), vertical and horizontal machining centers (KF, XF6300, HS10000, KH6300), 5-axis and multitasking machines (XM Series, LM2200TTSYY), grinding centers for semiconductor materials, as well as heavy-duty drilling machines. Complementary to this, automation systems such as AWC (Automatic Workpiece Changer), MPS (Multi Pallet System), and PLS (Pallet Line System), a machine tool combined with 3D printing, and the Smart Factory platform IRIS are offered. In addition to development and production, the portfolio includes customer service with 24-hour response, parts shipment within 24 hours, technical training, and a machine tool quoting system. After being founded in 1976 as Kia Machine Tool and renamed Hyundai WIA (2009), the company relaunched as WIA MACHINE TOOLS in July 2025 and maintains subsidiaries in the USA, Europe, and China.
