About Wichtel Hausbrauerei

Wichtel Hausbrauerei operates five brewhouses in Ditzingen, Stuttgart-Feuerbach, Böblingen, Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt and Schwäbisch Gmünd as well as a head office in Stuttgart. Since 1989, beer has been brewed in-house at its own brewhouses, according to the German Purity Law and in handcrafted production directly on site. The beer offering is complemented by regional brewhouse cuisine with freshly prepared classics and seasonal specialities, plus the so-called Wichtel classic, the Wichtelkuchen. According to its own statements, each brewhouse has its own character; together the houses stand for craftsmanship, quality and tavern culture. The offering is aimed at individual guests, families as well as groups and companies; individual solutions are offered for celebrations and events. In addition, brewing seminars (exclusively in Böblingen) and beer tastings are held at all locations, in which the entire brewing process is taught in a hands-on, manual way. Wichtel-Verwaltungs-GmbH, based in Stuttgart, is the general partner with unlimited liability of the individual location companies.
