WICON Elektronik GmbH is a manufacturer and system provider of nurse call systems and electronic communication solutions for the healthcare and care sector. Founded in 1988 by Dipl.-Ing. Winfried Conrad and headquartered in Kelbra (district of Thürungen) in Saxony-Anhalt, the company has been developing and manufacturing light call systems in accordance with DIN VDE 0834 for more than 30 years. With the WICALL call system as well as the WITIME, WIENTRY and WISHARE product lines, the company offers system components ranging from room and patient components to corridor and area displays and central and infrastructure components. Electronic assembly manufacturing is carried out with a high level of in-house production depth exclusively in Germany. The range of services covers the entire value chain: development, manufacturing, planning of system installation, installation in new buildings and renovations including the reuse of existing cabling, as well as maintenance in accordance with DIN 0834, repair and remote support.
