The aluminium substructures are statically verified and mounted to the building via likewise verified connections. Attached balconies made of extruded aluminium profiles extend the living space by up to 2.56 x 6.96 m per balcony and feature sound-insulating balcony floors with interior drainage and concrete artificial-stone slabs. The company operates mainly in the German-speaking region.
