Founded by master gas and water installer Franz Wiemann at Oeseder Straße 105 in Georgsmarienhütte; initially mostly plumbing work.
- 1956
Purchase of the first company vehicle (van).
- 1960
Management by Josef Wiemann; construction of an additional workshop and warehouse hall.
- 1965
Installation of the first (still coal-fired) central heating systems.
- 1975
First conversion of the business premises.
- 1984
Death of the founder and of Josef Wiemann; management taken over by grandson Franz Wiemann after completing his master craftsman examination.
- 1987
Second conversion phase and modernization of the office rooms.

Set-up of the first IT system for two workstations.
