Wiese & Busch GmbH manufactures patterns, molds and tools for pattern making, mold making and tool making in Olsberg-Bruchhausen (Sauerland). In pattern making, casting patterns and core boxes are produced from aluminium, red bronze (RG7), wood-resin composite and block material, including housings, flange and bearing shields, motor housings and pattern plates. In mold and tool making, investment casting tools, aluminium injection molding tools and steel tools are manufactured; injection molded articles are also produced. Production is carried out from sketches, samples, drawings or CAD data and includes milling (including 5-axis rough milling), turning as well as sink and wire EDM for small and medium-sized series. The offering is complemented by in-house design services and proprietary products such as can holders and wood articles. Customers include foundry and injection molding companies.
