Wiesheu Elektronik GmbH is a service provider and manufacturer of customer-specific electronics, cable assemblies and complete assemblies. The company develops tailored controls and electronics solutions from the idea through the prototype to series production. Electronics manufacturing is carried out in SMD and THT technology with camera-guided SMD placement, vapor phase soldering and a lead-free process, for small, medium and large quantities. Further service areas include cable assembly with semi-automated production, inkjet cable printing and marking, as well as complete assembly of devices and control units from mechanics, electrics, cables and electronics. The services are complemented by material procurement, 100 % functional testing, technical service and repairs. Customers come from mechanical and apparatus engineering, food technology, safety and control technology, automotive engineering, ventilation and air-conditioning technology, silo construction and conveying technology, plant engineering, lighting fixture manufacturing, laser technology and, since 2011, from aviation (project under DIN EN 9100).
