About WIGGENtech
WIGGENtech GmbH is an owner-managed family company based in Lippstadt, founded in 2021 through the spin-off of the in-house turning and drilling shop of Hella KGaA. The company manufactures precision turned parts and connecting elements such as special screws, hollow screws, bushings, ball studs, shift rods, link pieces, tie rods, adapters and contact terminals – around 15 million parts per year. Production is carried out by CNC multi-spindle turning (4–32 mm diameter, max. 100 mm length) as well as CNC short turning and long turning (4–42 mm diameter) on 20 machines on a 6,000 m² production floor. In addition, WIGGENtech offers surface coating and further finishing (including galvanizing, silver plating of contact terminals), heat treatment, assembly of component groups, development and engineering, sample and prototype manufacturing, contract sorting and supply chain management. Customers come from the automotive supply industry, the electronics industry, agricultural vehicle manufacturing and general industry.

WIGGENtech is certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015 (TÜV Süd, since 28.07.2022) and DIN ISO 14001:2015. Quality assurance includes first-article approval per spindle, inspections accompanying series production according to the inspection plan, as well as a measuring room with a 3D measuring machine, shaft measuring machine, measuring projector, surface roughness testers and a form tester.
