About wiguTec Gummitechnologie

wiguTec Gummitechnologie is a manufacturer of molded rubber parts founded in 1977 in Neuss and based in Dormagen since 2008. The company processes rubber/elastomers, silicones, thermoplastics and thermosets and produces solid rubber and injection-molded parts using the Injection Moulding (IM), Transfer Moulding (TM) and Compression Moulding (CM) processes. The product range extends from very small parts to large parts up to 1,200 x 1,200 mm with a shot weight of up to 25 kg. A key focus is chemical-physical direct bonding of rubber and silicone to metal, stainless steel and aluminum, including metal frames with overmolding and roller coatings. The company is also known for chamber doctor blade seals for the paper industry as well as the patented floor protection mat WILLI groundprotection for gas cylinders. Production is carried out in small, medium and large series on a machine park consisting of automatic and semi-automatic presses and injection molding machines as well as hydraulic presses with tool sizes up to 1,400 x 1,200 mm.
