About Wikutec
Wikutec is a plastics processor and plastics plant manufacturer based in Eitorf (Rhein-Sieg district, NRW). Since 1994 the company has produced custom-made systems and individual components from thermoplastic, corrosion-resistant plastics and semi-finished products. The portfolio includes round and rectangular containers, liquid pipework, ventilation ducts, systems for air pollution control and exhaust gas cleaning, as well as rainwater and greywater systems up to 20 m³. Materials processed include PE-HD, PP-H, PP-S, PVC-U, PVC-C, PVDF, ABS, PA, PMMA (Plexiglas), supplemented by stainless steel (1.4301) and steel (S235JR). Manufacturing follows manufacturer and DVS guidelines, with joining via heated tool butt welding, socket welding and electrofusion welding, adhesive bonding as well as flange and screw connections. In addition to manufacturing, Wikutec offers consulting, calculation, design with structural calculations, leak testing, transport, on-site assembly and a repair service. Customers come from electroplating, chemistry, plant engineering, laboratory construction, environmental protection, swimming pool construction as well as custom and model building.

Quality
Wikutec performs multiple inspections during the manufacturing process, combines internal and external monitoring (TÜV inspection) and tests every container by leak testing before it leaves the plant. As a certified specialist company under § 19l WHG (Water Resources Act), the company manufactures containers with suitability verification and certification marks for water-polluting substances.
