About Wilbers Products
Wilbers Products GmbH is a company specialized in the manufacture of chassis systems for motorcycles, headquartered in Nordhorn in Lower Saxony on the border with the Netherlands. Founded in 1985 by the Dutch motorcycle racer Bernardus "Benny" Wilbers, the company produces shock absorbers, fork springs and complete chassis systems that are individually tuned to rider weight and intended use. Wilbers shock absorbers are handcrafted on site according to parts lists, using exclusively components from Germany and Western Europe. The product range includes, among others, the WESA series as an alternative to BMW ESA chassis systems, the hydropneumatic Nivomat system LDC (Level and Damping Control), and Zero-Friction fork springs with a polished sliding surface finish. In addition to solutions for modern motorcycles, Wilbers offers special solutions and replacement shock absorbers for classic and older motorcycles as well as racing chassis developed in cooperation with BMW Motorrad and ZF Friedrichshafen. Production and logistics are located in a utility building completed in 2019 with over 3,000 square meters of usable floor space.
