About Wilckens Farben
Wilckens Farben GmbH is an owner-managed family business based in Glückstadt in Schleswig-Holstein and counts among the significant independent manufacturers of paints and lacquers in Germany. With around 250 employees and production facilities as well as sales organizations in over 15 countries, the company develops and produces thousands of tonnes of paints and lacquers every year. The portfolio includes corrosion protection and protective coatings for industry, marine coatings for newbuildings, dry dockings and sea stock, as well as consumer products for the DIY and painter trade. The product range extends from primers, one-coat systems, topcoats and shop primers to fillers based on epoxy, polyurethane, alkyd, acrylic, polysiloxane and other binders. In addition to standardized products, Wilckens develops individual, customer-specific industrial solutions and offers on-site technical consulting in the selection and application of coating systems. Production takes place at the headquarters in Glückstadt as well as in Greece, Italy and China.
