Wilhelm Kächele GmbH develops and manufactures rubber parts and rubber composite parts for a wide range of industries. The portfolio includes molded hoses, grommets, rubber molded parts, rubber-metal and rubber-plastic composite parts, SilentBlocs and buffers for vibration isolation, rubberized rotors as well as impellers for pumps. A key focus is on industrial stators and wobble stators for pump and drilling motor technology, also as EVEN WALL® stators in various geometries and in lengths of several meters. In addition, the company produces its own Kächele elastomer compounds, including a light-colored, food-grade elastomer. In the field of transformer construction, Vibrastop mounts are manufactured for transformers with a total weight of up to 32 t; in the field of butterfly valves, seals up to DN 2000. Customer industries include automotive, trucks/construction machinery, pump and drilling technology, transformer construction, the construction industry and the food industry. The headquarters with production is located in Weilheim/Teck in Baden-Württemberg.
