Specialist for Special Tooling from Bremen
Wilhelm Lippold Sonderwerkzeugbau is a manufacturing company located in Bremen-Sebaldsbrück that has been developing and producing technically demanding special solutions since 1929. The company manufactures special tools, assembly jigs, load-bearing devices, adjustment aids, measuring instruments, and modules for the automotive industry and its workshops and branches, mechanical engineering, and research. Production includes CNC machining and classic manufacturing processes from single parts to small and repeated production, supplemented by additive manufacturing using the FDM process on Stratasys production systems (Fortus 360mc/450mc) with materials such as PC-ABS, PA 12, PC, and ULTEM 9085. Upstream and downstream services such as development and design (CAD/CAM, PDM), CAD data conversion, mobile 3D coordinate measuring technology, reverse engineering including CT data processing, and laser marking with an ACSYS PIRANHA I (20 W fiber laser) form a continuous process chain under one roof. Surface finishing, heat treatment, and erosion technology are covered through a long-term partner network. The entire production control is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001; the operation is fully supplied with green electricity. Since 2025, the company has belonged to the ferQUEST Group.
