About Wilhelm Wingenbach
Wilhelm Wingenbach GmbH is a traditional fourth-generation family company based in Wuppertal with roots dating back to 1860. Since 1972, the company has been active in mechanical engineering and jig and fixture construction, and today manufactures precision milled and turned parts, ready-to-install mechanical engineering components and complete assemblies for the tool and machine building industries. Its manufacturing operations include CNC machining as well as wire and sinker EDM, surface, internal and cylindrical grinding, welding, and heat and surface treatments — all from a single source. Workpieces are machined and measured in all common and many exotic materials and, upon request, supplied with an inspection report. In addition, the company develops and manufactures clamping fixtures to drawings or based on submitted workpieces, as well as flat, barrel, double and step cams. Production lots range from one-off parts to large-scale production runs; design is carried out using CAD/CAM systems. Customers come primarily from mechanical engineering and toolmaking, mostly in Germany.
