The Wimmer group of companies is a family business in its 2nd generation, headquartered in Thalgau (Austria). The company develops and produces attachments for hydraulic excavators in the areas of earthmoving, quarrying, and demolition and recycling. The product portfolio includes excavator buckets, ripper teeth, milling cutters, quick coupler systems, grabs, demolition shears and hydraulic hammers. For over 30 years, Wimmer has also been a specialist in drilling technology and tunnel construction; to this end, it manufactures attachment drilling rigs, multi-head drilling rigs and tunnel excavators. In addition to standard products, the company develops customized special tools together with customers for individual requirements. Production is carried out using high-quality materials and established suppliers. The offering is complemented by distribution products from partner manufacturers as well as a comprehensive service including customer service, repair, spare parts sales and a used machinery market at the Thalgau and Budweis (České Budějovice) locations.
