About WimTec

WimTec Sanitärprodukte GmbH is an Austrian family business founded in 1991, headquartered in Ferschnitz near Amstetten in Lower Austria and led in its second generation by Peter Wimberger. The company develops and produces intelligently controlled fittings for ensuring drinking water hygiene, including touchless sensor fittings as well as manual fittings with automatic flush-through. The fittings reliably flush stagnation water out until water exits at every draw-off point, and in the HyPlus version they can be set, controlled and read out using the infrared tablet WimTec REMOTE. As a system provider, the product range today also includes WC actuator plates, urinal controls, line flush modules, digitalisation and documentation solutions, prefabricated installation technology as well as made-to-measure washbasins, some made of high-pressure laminate (HPL) in over 100 decors. Around 60 employees from development and manufacturing serve customers from public and commercial buildings as well as the design-oriented private and guest sector; the entire value creation process from idea to finished product takes place at the headquarters.
