With the modular rail vehicle MPV® VentuS®, the company serves mainline and regional transport; in the field of shunting technology, WINDHOFF supplies rail-bound and two-way shunting vehicles as well as shunting winches. Load-bearing structures are manufactured in steel and aluminium in accordance with EN 1090-2; welding (EN 15085-2, EN ISO 3834-2) and bonding (DIN 6701) are certified. In addition to new installations, the company offers maintenance, servicing, retrofit including ETCS retrofitting, spare parts, rental of new and used systems as well as training. Customers include BaneNor, Comilog, Kali & Salz, VGF Frankfurt and MTR Corporation; the service is represented worldwide, with the company itself maintaining locations in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, the USA and Singapore.
