About WindowMaster

WindowMaster specialises in façade automation for natural and hybrid ventilation as well as smoke and heat extraction (SHEV). The product portfolio includes window actuators such as chain, spindle, louvre and locking actuators (150–1000 N, stroke 50–1000 mm), control systems such as NV Embedded, NV Advance, NV Comfort, FlexiSmoke and CompactSmoke, and sensors and detectors for temperature, CO2, humidity, wind/rain, smoke and heat. The products are made from aluminium, stainless steel, painted steel, zinc, plastic and wood and are networked via MotorLink for two-way communication with the building management system. The German subsidiary WindowMaster GmbH, based in Hamburg, is responsible for sales, service and technology; production takes place at WindowMaster Industries GmbH in Herford. Reference projects range from the Reichstag Building Berlin to the Ernst-August-Galerie Hannover and the University Library Marburg; international branches exist among others in Denmark, Switzerland, Great Britain, the USA, Norway and France.
