Winkler Feinwerktechnik GmbH is an owner-managed family business from Renningen near Stuttgart that offers CNC contract manufacturing of individual parts, small series, prototypes and spare parts. Its service portfolio includes CNC turning with bar loader and counter-spindle, 5-axis milling on the Hermle C400, conventional turning and milling, surface grinding, honing, deburring and parts cleaning. In addition, the company provides consulting and feasibility analysis, design optimisation, material procurement, jig and fixture building for testing, assembly, leak testing and machining purposes, as well as assembly including functional testing. Materials processed include steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminium, brass, copper as well as plastics such as PA, PEEK, POM and PTFE. Customers include industry, research institutions and medium-sized companies. On 700 m² of production space at the Renningen site, manufacturing is carried out with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certification; conveyor chains and conveyor rails are also cleaned.
