About us
Winkler Kunststoffwerk AG is a Swiss manufacturer of plastic injection-molded parts with its production facility in Wallenwil in the canton of Thurgau. For more than 30 years, the company has been developing and producing injection-molded parts for technical applications, processing thermoplastics, thermosets and elastomers. Its services include, in addition to injection molding production on nine machines from Arburg and Bucher (35 to 130 tonnes clamping force, part weight up to 400 g), its own tool and mold making, from design through manufacturing and sampling to measurement. A specialty is the overmolding of metal parts. In addition, the company offers ultrasonic welding, drilling and milling of plastic parts, pad printing for finishing, and the assembly of complete assemblies including the procurement of purchased parts. Customer industries include the electrical industry, mechanical engineering, the automotive industry, the construction industry and household appliances.
