The heart of Wiretronic
Wiretronic AB is an organically growing engineering company founded in 2013 in Vänersborg, Sweden, specialising in cable and cable harness systems (electrical wiring harnesses). The company supports OEM customers from the initial concept and design through development to prototype and series production and on to high-volume production. Manufacturing covers cable harnesses, cables and adapters as well as the crimping of cable terminals; in addition, Wiretronic develops and produces test benches as well as service and maintenance platforms and service kits for repair to series production standard. Through the Business Area AI: Wirevision, the company offers computer vision solutions based on AI and machine learning. The business areas are Automotive and Defence. The headquarters in Vänersborg houses sales, technical development and production; from 2026 a new 6,000 m² building will be available there. An office in Gothenburg (since 2019) focuses on computer vision solutions and contact with the academic world, while a sales office in Esslingen (since 2021) serves Central Europe.
