WIRTH GmbH was founded in 1992 and sees itself as a system partner for demanding tasks in industrial construction and material handling. A key focus is the manufacture of bent and light steel profiles made of steel for industrial and commercial construction, mechanical engineering, and commercial and special-purpose vehicle construction. For load-bearing profiles such as roof purlins, light-strip lintels, wall girts and eaves profiles including their fasteners, the in-house engineering office prepares verifiable structural calculations. In its OKTOPUS® Vacuum Lifting Technology division, the company also develops and produces vacuum lifting devices for construction site use and in-house applications, among other things for glass construction, insulating glass and window production, and as crane and forklift attachments. The integration of manual or powered rotating, pivoting, tilting or lifting movements enables efficient, ergonomic and safe handling of a wide variety of materials.
