Wissner Maschinenbau GmbH, based in Göttingen, manufactures CNC and HSC milling machines, large-format milling machines, laser machines and dental milling machines as well as custom versions for mould making, model making and wood and plastics technology. The machine programme comprises the GAMMA series (HSC milling machines with fixed gantry, including GAMMA 202, 303, 605, 1208, 1215, 1525), WiTEC (large-format milling machines such as WiTEC 15, 32 and 2015 for panel processing, advertising technology, engraving and routing applications) as well as the EPSILON series with large-volume HSC machines with moving gantry. The machines are configured on the basis of a modular system with multi-axis units, rotary tables, swivel and 5-axis heads as well as controls from Heidenhain, Siemens and Fidia. In addition to machine manufacturing, the company offers custom engineering, CAD/CAM software, service, consulting and a demonstration centre. A custom-built WiTEC 2015 for the Miniatur Wunderland in Hamburg is regarded as a reference project.
