About WISTA Management GmbH

WISTA Management GmbH is a non-profit Berlin state company headquartered in the Adlershof Technology Park. It builds, operates and leases technology centres with office, laboratory, workshop and production space and grants commercial land through the establishment of hereditary building rights (Erbbaurecht). With around 80 employees, the company supports business start-ups, networks science with industry and promotes national and international cooperation. It operates the Adlershof Science and Technology Park (4.6 km²) and the Charlottenburg Innovation Centre (CHIC), is building the FUBIC Südwest innovation campus (50,000 m²) and, together with its subsidiary WISTA.Plan GmbH, markets the CleanTech Business Park Marzahn (90 ha), the largest contiguous area for manufacturing companies in Berlin. Its service portfolio also includes real estate and infrastructure development, start-up programmes such as the Adlershof Startup Lab, coworking (ST3AM), facility management (WISTA.Service) as well as event and convention services.
