About Witema Elektronik GmbH
For more than 30 years, Witema Elektronik GmbH has manufactured custom inductive components such as coils, transformers and toroidal core windings at its Markranstädt site. The service portfolio includes development and technical consulting on winding structure and basic components, winding on modern winding machines (two-wire and turret technology) as well as toroidal core winding technology, selective soldering under protective atmosphere, vacuum casting, vacuum impregnation, product marking by inkjet printing and taping of SMD components. Before delivery, every component undergoes 100% piece testing of the parameters inductance, turns ratio, polarity and dielectric strength. Raw materials used are enameled copper wire as well as core materials from suppliers such as TDK, Elektrisola and Tridelta. Customers include companies from telecommunications, power supply and drive technology, control and signal technology, automotive engineering, lighting technology as well as medical technology, including Siemens, Puls, Still and TURCK. On approx. 3,000 m² of production, office and warehouse space, the company employs 80 staff and manufactures smallest, small, medium and large series.
