About Witte Technology
Witte Technology GmbH, based in Münster (North Rhine-Westphalia), is a manufacturer of industrial identification systems, security printing and printed electronics. The product portfolio includes self-adhesive labels for permanent identification, nameplates, front films, RFID solutions, die-cut parts, reflective warning panels and warning markings as well as plaques, seals, forms and security documents with the highest security features. Production is carried out, among other methods, using screen printing, die-cutting/form die-cutting on punching machines, and doming finishing with crystal-clear synthetic resin for durable 3D stickers. Another pillar is printed electronics (brand printelectric®): printed sensors, conductor tracks and flexible components on film, manufactured with robotic material handling systems. Materials used are primarily films, security paper, synthetic resin as well as PE/PVC and PVC for traffic safety products such as reflector guide posts. Customers come from the automotive and commercial vehicle sectors, telecommunications, banks, authorities as well as industry and defense. The company employs around 150 staff in Germany and is part of the Witte Group; its sister company Maquiladora Gráfica Mexicana produces in Guadalajara and Tijuana (Mexico).

For security identification systems, a TÜV-certified security management system according to DeTeCardService/TÜVIT TU4, V2.0 is in place; in addition, Witte is certified as a High-Security Printer according to Intergraf (ISO 14298) and authorized by the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt for inspection stickers in accordance with the FZV.
