About Witty Machines

Witty Machines AG is a Swiss company founded in Zurich in 2024 that develops, manufactures and installs compact robot-based case-packing and palletizing solutions for food manufacturers. The core product is the WM Egg Case Packer, which packs egg cartons into transport cases made of cardboard (RSC/HSC) or reusable plastic boxes – at a rate of up to 50,000 eggs per hour per double lane. The machines are made of stainless steel and aluminum, feature six stereo cameras, an RFID reader and integrated AI-based visual quality control with automatic rejection of defective products. With a width of only one meter, they are designed for installation between existing packing lanes of egg graders (including Moba, Sanovo) and, according to the company, are ready for operation intraday, with setup in under 30 minutes. The solutions are manufactured configure-to-order in the company's own production facility in Zurich and shipped worldwide, with a focus on Europe. Customers include egg packing stations and food producers such as f&f SA/AG, Biovum, Prim-Vert and EIAG.
