About WK Beton
WK Beton GmbH, headquartered in Irrel (Eifel, Rhineland-Palatinate), is a joint venture of the Luxembourg companies Wickler/Diekirch and SITP/Echternach. Since September 2011, the company has been producing quality-monitored ready-mixed concrete with the corresponding approvals for the German and Luxembourg markets. Production is carried out in accordance with DIN EN 206-1 / DIN 1045 on a mixing plant with a mixer volume of 2,5 m³; the sands, grits and gravels used are stored by type in concrete storage chambers and fed via a series-connected dosing system. In addition to ready-mixed concrete in strength classes from C 8/10 to C 35/45 as well as special mixes, the company also produces concrete block stones for partition walls, retaining walls and similar applications. Construction sites are supplied within a radius of approx. 40 kilometres; small quantities from 0,5 m³ can be collected by customers. For its own monitoring, WK Beton operates its own testing laboratory with its own staff.
