WKE Kunststofferzeugnisse is a family-owned business in Oberstenfeld (Ludwigsburg, Heilbronn, Stuttgart region) with more than 65 years of production experience in manufacturing technical parts and assemblies made of plastic. The focus is on plastic injection moulding of all thermoplastics as well as special polymers such as PEEK, PA, PC, PBT, TPE, TPU and bio-plastics; zinc die casting is offered in addition. Injection moulding production is based on an in-house mould and tool making operation with internal tool development. With 35 employees, 15 injection moulding machines produce components for the automotive industry, industrial engineering and the textile industry. The process chain also includes insert/outsert technology, electroplated surface finishing of plastics to OEM standards, painting, hot stamping, pad printing and assembly of complete units. The production processes are aligned with the automotive standard IATF 16949.
